  • Reservations are made through the reservation apps or our website, and are subject to availability.
  • Full refund for cancellations made up to 8 days prior to check-in. After that, no refunds will be issued.

RULES OF THE HOUSE


  • The minimum age to check-in is 19 years old;
  • It is not allowed to exceed the capacity of the reservation made;
  • All children are welcome;
  • This accommodation considers children aged 13 and over to be adults;
  • To see the values and availability correctly, please add to your search the number of children in your group and their ages;
  • It is forbidden for minors to stay at the property unaccompanied by their legal guardian;
  • Pets: admitted upon request. Additional charges may apply;
  • Smoking: no smoking (vaping and academic cigarettes) is allowed inside the accommodation.
  • Parties and events: not allowed;
  • Any damage to the local accommodation will be charged to you at current market value;
  • The guest is responsible for his behavior and that of his guests in the local accommodation;

CONDITIONS FOR CRIBS AND EXTRA BEDS


  • Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and must be paid for separately during your stay.
  • An extra bed on request has an additional cost of 20 EUR per person per night;
  • All cribs and extra beds are subject to availability.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS
  • Standard reservation: 50% of the total amount paid at the time of booking when you make the reservation and the remaining 50% is paid 7 days before check-in;
  • Non-refundable reservation- 100% at the time of booking (which will entitle you to travel insurance).
  • Payment is made through Amenitiz Pay. VAT included in the amount of the reservation.
  • RESERVATION IS IMMEDIATE (subject to availability of the property and provided you meet the payment conditions).
